What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days, please inform us what you will be returning and why. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and labels. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the items back with us. Please see below if your item has a defect.
What are the shipping options?
We have various postage options depending on your location and your basket total weight. We ship to the whole on the UK including the Highlands. Unfortunately since Brexit we can no longer ship to Ireland as shipping costs now vary with weight, size and total cost so it is difficult for us to quote through the website. You can however contact us for a quote to ship to Ireland.
When will I receive my order?
Our dispatch times are up to 14 working days (usually shipped before this time) unless stated on a banner at the top of the webpage. Our couriers are currently working 2-3 working days.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please email us with your order details i.e order number, name ordered in and date ordered. Then we will look into this for you.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please email us with your order details i.e order number, name ordered in and date ordered. Include photos and details of the defect. Then we will look into this for you and sort it asap.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please send us an email within 42hours of your order being placed with the subject line "URGENT CHANGES TO ORDER" please note any changes made to your order may delay dispatch for a further 2 working days.
Where are you located?
We are based in Staffordshire but only sell online.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Where possible we provide a sizing guide, other than that please use Google to search for the product as someone may have given advice on sizing elsewhere.
Can i collect my item?
Unfortunately not, we only sell online and do not have a collection point, however we do offer free delivery for "ST" postcodes on orders over £20, if you are in these postcodes your basket will automatically update to free postage on checkout.
What are your opening hours?
Our office hours are 9-5pm Monday - Friday.
When you state "working days" what do you mean?
Working days are weekdays Mon-Fri, and does not include weekends.
I have asked to cancel my order and receive a refund, how long will it take?
Once we have confirmed a refund will be issued this will be completed within 2 working days (usually we process it instantly) Please note, larger amounts of money may take up to 2 weeks to clear, as paypal has has its own process to complete some checks. its usually a lot quicker however it can sometimes take this long, especially at peak times such as Christmas.
When is your Christmas cut off?
Our Christmas cut off date for orders is usually 3 weeks before Christmas. This is so we can guarantee Christmas delivery, any orders made after this date are NOT guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
Is my item in stock?
There are some items which we do not hold stock of, however those suppliers deliver next day so your item will still be shipped within the standard 7 working days.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer weekly or monthly payment plans through Laybuy and Paypal Credit at no extra cost to you.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you can place your order as a guest, however you will not collect loyalty points without an account.
Do you offer loyalty rewards?
Yes, if you have an account with us your loyalty points will automatically be calculated and stored there. You gain 1 point per £1 you spend. Your points can be used to knock money off your next order.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, some products do, if they have a warranty it will be stated in the description.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
You can contact us by phone, however, email is preferred as we may miss your call if we are already on the phone, we check our emails regularly and reply asap. If your query is urgent please email us with the subject line "URGENT".
